Bro, I have personally tried LoveLonger IV (Natural Sex Performance Maintenance) & Ginseng Power Max 4x. They r' quite effective I would say. Read from somewhere that if you try to control your bludder when pissing, eg.. while pissing half way, try to hold back then let it out again, it's going to prolong your stamina and maintain your erection for a longer period due to some exercising of muscle. Dunno how true it is.

Orh pleaser bro, please do not do that. Let your urine out naturally. Don't control your bladder this way. You can definitely do some exercise part to increase your back & groin muscle. Sometimes when i about to ejaculate, i will attempt to apply some pressure on my penis by pressing (back shaft), to cause some numbness. This will prolong for minutes.
