First of all, how old are you jamesboy?

Viagra can help many men who have ED get and keep an erection when they become sexually stimulated, either physically or visually. So with Viagra, a touch or a glance from your partner can again lead to something more. Viagra has helped more than 16 million men around the world improve their sex lives.

Erectile dysfunction, or ED, is the medical term for impotence - the inability to get and/or keep an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual activity. About 30 million men in the United States suffer from some degree of ED, including about half of all men aged 40 to 70 years.

ViagraŽ is by far the most widely used treatment for ED. In the United States alone, more than 7 million men buy and use Viagra to improve their sexual function, and US Doctors have prescribed it more than 22 million times.

What Is Viagra Used For?
---------------------------------------
Viagra is used to treat impotence in men. Viagra increases the body's ability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation. This medication is sometimes prescribed for other uses; ask your doctor or pharmacist for more information.

How Is Viagra Used?
--------------------------
A starting dose of 50-100 mg is common in patients' aged 18-65. Older patients, or individuals taking certain drugs that may reduce Viagra's elimination from the body, will likely be given a 25 mg dose Viagra may be taken with or without meals, though fatty foods may cause it to be absorbed more slowly, and take longer to start working. The tablets may be crushed or broken before taking. This medication should be taken no more than once daily, and should not generally be taken every day without consulting with your doctor. Optimal use would be taking Viagra about an hour before intercourse. But as little as half an hour, or as many as four hours, before intercourse is within the manufacturer's suggested range.

Viagra is a medicine that increases blood flow where you need it. With Viagra, you must be sexually excited to get an erection. If you take Viagra and are not sexually stimulated, nothing will happen. You won't get an erection just by taking the pill. Viagra is not an aphrodisiac or a hormone. It's a medicine that treats the physical problem of Erectile Dysfunction.

Viagra works for most men who take it. In studies, more than 4 out of every 5 men taking VIAGRA had better erections versus 1 out of 4 on sugar pill. VIAGRA works in most men no matter how long they have had ED, what caused it, or how old they are? And VIAGRA has been shown to work time and again in studies of thousands of patients. In those studies, patients had ED that ranged from mild to severe.

And Viagra works fast. In fact, Viagra works in as quickly as 30 minutes. Then, you have at least 4 hours to have a romantic experience at your own pace. In most patients, Viagra can be taken once a day as needed.

Are There Possible Side Effects to Viagra?
---------------------------------------------------------
Do not take with grapefruit juice, as this may cause an undesirable build up in the body and increase the risk of side effects.

Common Side Effects:

Altered vision (blue tint or haze), congested sinuses, or dry eyes. These events may occur in as many as 3% of patients.

Mild:

Flushing, headache, indigestion, light sensitivity, rash, unable to tell between blue and green. While these infrequent reactions may not pose an immediate danger, contact your physician as soon as possible, and avoid this medication until you have received further instructions.

Serious:

Arrhythmia, blood sugar problems (in patients with history of diabetes), decreased blood flow to the heart, heart attack, priapism (prolonged and painful erection), seizures, swelling or redness of the eyes, or temporary blindness. These extremely rare side effects indicate the need for emergency medical attention. Call emergency services immediately.

Tell your doctor if you have or have ever had a bleeding disorder; heart, kidney, or liver disease; a heart attack; irregular heartbeats; angina; a stroke; high or low blood pressure; sickle cell anemia; multiple myeloma; leukemia; conditions affecting the shape of the penis (e.g., angulation, cavernosal fibrosa, or Peyronie's disease); or a condition known as retinitis pigmentosa.

Precautions:

Before using this drug, tell your doctor your medical history, including any allergies (especially drug allergies), any penis conditions such as fibrosis/scarring, history of painful/prolonged erection (priapism), sickle cell anemia, blood system cancers (such as leukemia or myeloma), or Peyronie's disease, eye problems (retina diseases). kidney or liver disease, bleeding disorders or active stomach ulcers, heart diseases, stroke or severe high or low blood pressure. Limit alcohol intake, as it may aggravate side effects of this drug. To avoid dizziness and lightheadedness when rising from a seated or lying position, get up slowly. The elderly may be more sensitive to the side effects of this drug, therefore caution is advised in this group.

Is Viagra Safe?

Viagra has been tested in more than 120 controlled studies (completed and ongoing) including over 8,800 men. Through these studies and its real-world experience, Viagra has been shown to have a strong safety profile.

Viagra has helped more than 16 million men around the world improve their sex lives. VIAGRA is the #1 prescribed medicine for ED in the US. If you are taking medicine for high blood pressure, you should know that, of the nearly 10 million men in the US who have taken Viagra, more than 1 million of them have also taken medicines for high blood pressure.

Like many medications, Viagra is not a suitable treatment for all individuals. Death may result from certain drug interactions with Viagra, do not take any medication in conjunction with this treatment that has not been approved by your prescribing physician.

If you are having surgery, including dental surgery, tell your doctor or dentist that you take Viagra. Tell your doctor if you use amyl nitrate, amyl nitrite, or butyl nitrate.

What About Interactions With Other Drugs?

This medication may cause dangerous side effects if mixed with certain prescription or herbal preparations. As some of these interactions could be life threatening, be sure to give your prescribing physician a full list of all products taken. If you are using Viagra, consult with a doctor or pharmacist before using a new prescription or herbal treatment for any reason.

Tell your doctor and pharmacist what prescription and nonprescription medications you are taking, especially amlodipine (Norvasc) or other medications for high blood pressure, cimetidine (Tagamet, Tagamet HB), erythromycin, isosorbide (Imdur, Ismo, Isordil, and others), itraconazole (Sporanox), ketoconazole (Nizoral), nitroglycerin (Nitro-Bid, Nitrostat, and others), other medications to treat impotence, phenobarbital, rifampin (Rifadin, Rimactane), ritonavir (Norvir), saquinavir (Invirase), and vitamins.

What If I Miss A Viagra Dose?

Viagra is not a medication that is taken on a regular schedule. If you miss a dose you simply do not experience the beneficial factors associated with Viagra.

How Should Viagra Be Stored?

Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from light and moisture. Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children. Store Viagra away from direct light and heat. Store in a dry location; avoid storing it in the bathroom, near sinks, or other areas where it may become damp. Do not use after the expiration date. Keep Viagra away from children; both when storing it, and when discarding any unused medication.

Anything Else I Should Know?

Viagra does not directly cause an erection, but it alters the body's response to sexual stimulation by enhancing the effect of the nitric oxide, a chemical that is normally released during stimulation. Nitric oxide causes relaxation of the muscles in the penis, which allows for better blood flow to the penile area.

NOTE:

The above information is intended to supplement, not substitute for, the expertise and judgment of your physician, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional. It should not be construed to indicate that the use of the product is safe, appropriate, or effective for you. Consult your healthcare professional before taking the product.

As for your queries, do you really have Erectile Dysfunction?

Your lanjiao cannot ngeh?

As for clinic, there's no definite recommendation but i suggest you try those old fashion looking clinics around Geylang area. If you really desperate you can try those backlane sellers (don't want to mention where), but be careful what they selling might be fakes!

Hi Bro Kid you can get Viagra or the new drug Cialis from the friendly elderly doctor at his Clinic at Jalan Besar Plaza. No need for Medical check-up. He will ask you some questions, take your blood pressure and recommend the dosage.
Viagra can last for only 4 to 5 hours whereas Cialis can last for 24 hour. Take your pick...
Cheers

Q. What is Cialis?
A. Cialis is a new treatment for male erectile dysfunction (ED). Cialis is an almond-shaped yellow tablet and is swallowed.

Q. How does Cialis work?
A. Cialis is not an aphrodisiac. It will not increase sexual drive. Cialis works by helping the blood vessels in the penis to relax, allowing blood to flow into the penis causing an erection. For Cialis to be effective, sexual stimulation is required. Men who do not have erectile dysfunction should not take Cialis.

Q. Is Cialis different to Viagra?
A. Both Cialis and Viagra work in the same way. Although no direct comparative research has been carried out, both drugs appear to be similar in how effective they are for men with ED. Cialis does differ from Viagra in that it has been shown to work for up to 24 hours, although this does not mean the man gets an erection for 24 hours because Cialis only works when he is sexually stimulated. In addition, Cialis is not affected by food so can be taken with a meal and its effects remain unchanged.

Q. How many tablets will I need to take?
A. Cialis is available in two strengths- 10mg and 20mg. The recommended starting dose is 10mg but your doctor may decide to start with 20mg depending upon your circumstances. The maximum dose is one tablet per day. The tablet should be swallowed about 1 hour before anticipated sexual activity. The amount of time it takes to work varies from person to person. In clinical trials men were able to respond to sexual stimulation within 30 minutes of taking the tablet. The ability to respond to sex stimulation can last for up to 24 hours.
Food and moderate amounts of alcohol do not interfere with the effectiveness of Cialis, therefore it can be taken with or without food.

Q. What are the side effects?
A. Cialis is generally well tolerated but side effects include headache and indigestion. Less common side effects include facial flushing, stuffy nose, muscle aches, dizziness and back ache. All side effects were generally mild to moderate in nature and short lived.

Q. Who cannot take Cialis?
A. Men taking medicines containing nitrates in any form should not take Cialis as this can cause a large and sudden drop in blood pressure. Nitrates include the heart medicine nitroglycerine (GTN) and the long acting nitrates used to treat angina (chest pain). There are also certain medical conditions that may prevent a man from taking Cialis. Inform your doctor if you are taking any of these medications or ask if you are uncertain about whether Cialis is suitable for you.

Only problem is Cialis is slightly more expensive than Vigara but if you need to go for whole night marathon than it is worth while. For short time bonking Viagra is still economical.
