The hotel rates are mostly with an 50 to 60% adder on Saturday when the whole CP will turn into a Hongkey town. So if possible avoid going CP on Saturday. Any other day is fine.

The town is full of KTVs, Suana, BBSs here is replaced with outright "chicken shop".

KTV - The two best class KTV in CP here are both in 4 stars Hotel. Versailles (0769-3816888) and New Century Hotel. Very high standard, facilities and gal would not lose out to as any top class KTV in BJ and SH. Drinks and room charges very reasonable- approx. 1200rmb for a medium room good enough for 5 guys and 6 bottles of red wine plus mixus. Gal charge : 2-5-8.
New century about the same except the total expences may be about 10% higher as they are other side adders. Standard about of gals about the same. Age : 18 to 22.

Suana - Many different class in town.
I recomemend the following two. Lion and Meditererean(Di Zgong Hai). Both are very new. The room facilities are super. The gal are age between 18 to 22. Chicken shop: Similar to BBS but more direct here as no disgiuse is needed. As we walk along the streets many mamasans will approach us. Ya...Hk is such a borely and expensive place. Been to The Boss recently. The gals there looks like "dogs". Need to close "both eyes" to pick a gal.

From the brochure in the hotel room, the charges in the KTV are a lot cheaper than Amazon. I did went to survey the KTV room, it's looks ok for me though not as new and nice decor as Amazon's. I did saw some of the gals who were then reporting to work around 2000 by the "back" entrance of the hotel. The quality seem quite good. Please post FR after your visit. It's very convenience if you are staying in Lion Hotel. I'm kken to try it too.

Yap as per your advice i will look around more also. Some of the condos are much more green.....alot more flora...nicer also. But for me location to the LOWU is damn important. Huang Jin Hai An is tokong in that aspect.

However in Dongmen area got some top condo also but i think location-wise lose out.

Best condos in SZ are not really in "city area" and cheaper also....

I visited the saloon next to Century. It is the provisional shop next to century and the owmer is called Kent. Saw some viet girls but looks average. For the sauna, I suggest you try the one in Lion hotel as it is owned by the hotel and they would not harass you. Call the supervisor's (number given)at least 15 minute before going down for her to arrange a nice room for you. The routine is slightly different from Macau. It's more private as many of their customer wish to remain "unseen" by others . You will be escorted by the supervisor to a "private room" with steam or sauna facilities in the bathroom once you arrive the place. From there drinks and fruits will be served. They will nornally bring in four gals at a time for you to pick. Once you pick the gal you wanted, she will shower and have fun with you in the "steaming" fascilites. The clock only start counting when you both are on bed and ready for fun. The time spend on the activites in the shower and steam bath are not counted.

The gals in the sauna can spend more time with after work if you guys got the same "chemistry". Overnight is possible.

For KTV, if you are alone. I suggest you sit at the "show area" or bar counter. The charges is about 100rmb and the mamasan is more than happy to supply you the gals. Remember in CP, you need not tip the mamsan. Better still you go pick the gals yourself from the women street (area where the gals gathered). The price is the same 2-5-8.

There is no hard and fast rule. It's all come down to money. No problem, you can fire two shots or more for a short time even in the sauna whiich I did before. To be fair pay her around 200 rmb more for the second shot loh... In CP many people can speak Cantonese more so than SZ than GZ. But Pu tuo hua or mandarin is still the most widely used language.

At night, travel by train is still very safe. I 've done that many time. Morever, the Lion hotel and the sauna can pick and send you to/from the train station FOC. Just give the supervisor a call. She will do all the arrangement.

From GZ to CP by train the journey will take about 30 minutes. If by car it will take about 1 hour. Depending on the traffic condition. By taxi, I think the price is between 150 to 200 rmb. You need to bargain. In China, the price for all long distance travel by taxi are subject to negotiation.....

If you going CP from GZ why not you go CP in the evening like said 1700 by train when the sky is still not dark yet (you may feel more secure). Stay one night in Lion hotel only 150rmb per night. Have fun in the sauna and the ktv (Amazon or Lion). Return to GZ the next morning by train. The first train from CP to GZ start at 0654...then 0801, 0901,0939 etc.....you will be able to start work in GZ the next day without any disruption......

Thats why my cousin advised me to play the market there only when i got spare cash to pay in one shot. Dun need to be at the mercy of the banks or interest rates when u are down and out.

The investments in the condos there are not really lucrative. Rental earned in renting out your apartment will go only towards service the payments but dun expect much appreciation of the value of the condos.

Well.....spoken to another of my singapore contact who has bought some properties there. He did it because of income tax issues with Singapore, fuck the Singapore goverment. I rather spend it on properties in China than to bring back the money home and be taxed.

Anyway the units i am eyeing at is not expensive, the latest quote it is about S$105,000.00 per unit if i pay in one shot per unit.

My idea of investing there is this, buy one for my personal use (fucking and staying and keeping a gf) and buy another one which will pay for itself via the rental.

I will have 2 x condos in China for my own personal use.....i intend to uproot and move over there within the next 10yrs....

For first timer, I think the most secured way is to take an Express bus form HKIA direct to CP. There are a few companies offering such services, the sales counters are located right infront after getting out of the airport custom. You cannot miss it. Below is the website of one of them :

The time taken is around 2 to 3 hrs depending on the traffic in the Check points and the road. There are other cheaper and faster way like taken the train from HK-HungHum or from SZ train station. But that's more complicated. Let me know you like to try the other route.

Another nice piece of information from brother Sinoview but i would like to add on to his piece.......

Travelling using airport express buses, as Sinoview said their booths can be found at the arrival hall and more often than not, their salesgirls would be damn agressive and try to make u join their buses. Take your time and choose and ignore their cries of "hurry hurry...bus leaving in 5 mins!!"

Nonsense!!! i was conned twice and i needed to wait some 30-40mins for the fucking bus to be filled up before moving off. This express bus uses the huanggang custom instead of the lowu custom....

This is however a good way to go to CP if u are going direct, however if u are going to SZ 1st then i rather u use the public bus which is 28hkd and much faster.

They each are different in terms of customer types, but generally, the services don't vary much as it really depends on what you want.
