there is nothing in this world so called as safe.
any thing u take there sure to b a risk, n it depends what or how high is the risk.
as a saying the higher the risk, the higher the return.
to bomb a pros even if u cap on, that does not means is safe, u still can get it from nowhere which of course i dont really knows how it happen.
so if we r all out to bomb a pros then is best to cap on ,although there is no 100% safe, but at least it will give u the kind of feeling that u r safe, rather then not capping on.
