I have a friend who fools around with gals he meet at ktvs
Recently he has been complaining the his penis head is itchy and it has some white color dirt covering it occasionally. I keep on ask him if he had unprotected sex he kept on deny. But judging from my years of fooling with him, I think he did.
I am just trying to gather more info for him. Has any1 here also suffer from similar symptoms?

bro, even if they are doctors here, they still cannot make a correct assumption based just on descritions without viewing the actual affect parts. some things can be treated fast if can get to doctor fast. better not waste time and go look for a doctor to look at it.

Long time ago, early 80s in fact, when nearly nobody used a condom with professionals (condoms then was a anti pregnancy thing for your gf and aids was a gay disease), had a case of super itchy dicky after a session. Also had a bit of white coating and the glan was very red. Turned out to be trichomonis which I think is a protozoa infection. Remember I had to use a cream and take metronidazole (flagyl) but nowadays the usual treatment is tinidazaole. Only a doctor can tell if your situation is the same.
