Which sammyboy forum address to use without VPN?
 

Currently using https://www.sbf.rocks and able to surf it without the need for a VPN up till last night.

Now it requires a VPN to access.

Any other sammyboy forum addresses that are working currently, that can be accessed without the need for a VPN?

Any new URL will eventually be blocked. Thus, u w still need to resort to use of VPN

sbf.rocks was blocked more than a year ago.

You don't need a VPN if you install https://1.1.1.1

if you're only trying to bypass IMDA blocking, just change your DNS at your mobile / desktop / browser / router will do.

That's what https://1.1.1.1 does. It automatically configures the cloudflare DNS and the advantage is that it works for mobile data too.

Yes, many VPN out there just choose one free one and will slove all problem.

Even visit porn site also no issue

It makes all websites load more quickly because the cloudflare dns is far better than the ISP's dns.

A DNS server is just like a phone directory.

Typing 74.125.24.102 in your browser is the same as typing www.google.com

But it is easier to remember the domain name rather than the number. Just like phone number, it is easier to remember your friend's name rather than his/her number.

There are many DNS servers on line, some major ones that I know of are 1.1.1.1 4.4.4.4 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

All ISP will have their own DNS server.

How IMDA works is to ask all the local ISP to block all the undesirable website on their end via DNS. So if you type in say SBF.NET.NZ, your ISP detects it via their DNS and blocks it.

However if you change your DNS to the above mentioned, you will directly go to the website as the DNS server will able to translate the domain name to IP addresses.
