That why I checked other websites like TripAdvisor and noted the vast difference in the reviews.
But I agree reviews are subjective and we tend to focus on the -ve ones

i tink every business review site is same,jus like tis forum. Paid sites usually will censor off bad reviews. I prefer to read both good & bad reviews & weigh em for accuracy.
