Just change money all big notes, I don’t have small change at that moment. So yea. Anyway tips is up to individual. There’s no market rate to it. So far in little Saigon I notice no tip is too little or too high. They won’t because u never give tip or give Low tips give u black face, svc are consistent irregardless of tips.. So yea it’s up to u to give whichever amt you deemed fit.
