I had my bad bonks with them too but their service recovery encouraged me to continue to support them. Just recently, my replacement, Tesla, surprised me with her excellent service & attitude.
Reliability (accuracy of photo & stats and recommendation from OKT) is important. Service recovery is equally important, which has formed one of the main criteria for selection and support of OKT for me thus far.
