One Saturday we all left the house to go to a small hall there were about 15 to 20 people in there ranging from mid teens to quite older people. As soon as I arrived they were all starting to talk to me in English. This went on for an hour until one middle aged women came up to my sister and mother and said she wants to have sex. The mother pushed me towards her and we suddenly started kissing. I stopped but she took my hand and led me to a kitchenette adjacent to the mainroom. I was very much panicking at this and could feel things were getting very strange at this Hippo club!

This Hippo club encounter lasted another two weeks before I left to go back home. It was always a mixture of debate, sex and fun. I still communicate with the sisters and mother and father and still love them all I live in hcmc now and i miss my time there.

Those days with the family and the Hippo club were the best of my life intellectually and physically, and I will share some of the odder experiences with you at some stage.

I came to Japan and experienced Eden. The greatest treasure I took away from that month of utopia was the abilty to speak Japanese fairly fluently.
