Give you the possible step 2 & step 3 plan:
Step 2 : Regular sex with you , after you loosen the defences and start trusting her the raw sex comes. If you do not relent she may poke holes in the condoms.
Step 3: Gets pregnant & starts to put you in a difficult position. She might have already gotten your wife number from your phone when you sleep. She may call your wife and tell her about the pregnancy.
If you leave your family, there could be steps 4 & 5 that can involve you buying land or investing in her “brother” business or helping with her mother cancer.
Depends on what her aim is PR or $ or both. I have seen men who lost their cpf , career & hdb.
