When I visit MLs, I dun look at their PS pics cuz definitely at least -10% to 20% difference. If their face in video clip is different from their pics then it's more accurate. Poor lighting condition and alcohol will also affect ur judgement.

Maybe she just completed an intense sensual battle with fellow bro or have back to back appointments which made her look tired or haggard. My regular MLs sometimes gave me a shock too when opening the door with no makeup, panda eyes or haggard look (just recovered from illness).
