Not really - if you look at other sectors like healthcare, most professionals are underpaid there. Even doctors in the public sector, do the maths for their pay versus actual hours put in at work.

Pay is according to the output you produce and not the number of hours. The hours put in is to get the desired outcome.

this is the wrong place to find rich males. even those so-called sugardaddies are just poor chaps chalking up credit card debts to be short term sugardaddies.

i have become immune from zapping the intelligent way. not paying for premium membership subscription or through sharing and trading to get high rep pts. at negative hundred over points, i am immune, those buay song just zap some more but i can tell you it will not make any difference to me as i am already immune, but it will let the lady see how many jealous losers there are in this forum and that none want her to get $2000 red packet.

Ah... I agree, working long hours doesnt mean u will be paid more. Those prc workers work like 12 hours per day but their salary range is merely $1100-$1300 per month. You help yr company bring in big revenue, you will be paid more.

And also a reflections of your abilities as in skills and knowledge. Some might take longer than others to achieve the same results, or worst case, not even coming close to the desired results.

Each person have his or her capabilities and depends on oneself! There are those who don't have the specific capabilities for a specific job but have high EQ to get others to do the job on his or her behalf!
