Who to thank after selling your house?

I have just sold my house. No choice. Needed the money.

Who do you all thank usually for the whole transaction?

The buyer? A beautiful lady who look like 30 years old when she’s much older.

The real estate agent? She’s a talkative middle-aged woman who made a lot from the commission but didn’t do much actually as I found the buyer myself. She only got the lawyer for me)

The lawyer? A well dressed and well spoken fair lady who’s married. Met her 3 times and I spent the most time talking to her in her law firm.

The independent Valuer? She’s a pregnant young lady who came to my house and gave a good value.

The previous estate agent that I dropped. She was slow and didn’t do much. Because of her, I learnt how to rush my new agent to quicken the deal.
