A local FL in trouble.. Pls advice..

Recently, a local female FL that i knew had encountered a very unlucky trouble..
She had a customer that initially used a CD while doing their deal (because she insisted on using CD)..
And out of sudden, he removed it and penetrated her without any CD being put on..
She was shocked.. afterwhich she insisted on stopping the deal and demanded him to pay her immediately..
He refused.. so she took a few hundred dollars out from his wallet and left..
This few hundred dollars were what they had agreed on before the deal..
After that, this lousy customer accused her of taking few thousands dollars from his wallet and threaten to report it to police..
This FL was scared and made a police report.. She told the police she only take few hundreds and not few thousands..
And that few hundreds are rightfully hers because of their deal.. and she said he'd raped her because she didn't give him the consent to deal without CD..

Senior Bros and/or Bros that are Lawyers.. pls kindly give your advice on the following:
1. Based on the above, since this FL had own up on their deal, will she be charged with prostitution under the Singapore Law?
and
2. Based on the above, what are the chances that her name will be cleared from stealing?

These kind of cases usually are very very very very subjective and usually drag for very very very long cause
i) no evidence
ii) her words against his
iii) she admit she is local fl maybe can already get charged
It will be better if they can settle out of court. What's more the guy only threaten to report to police which means he has not done so. The FL reported to the police which means now it's an open case already. If she back out now, she can get charged by the police for obstructing the police and providing false statement. So LPPL got to go ahead with it. And it will be a mental torture for both parties should the case drag on.

Need more professional advice from either professional lawyers or Big Sexy/ big boy sammyboy can help you on this.

And by the way "Please advice" is wrong. Advise is a verb and advice is a noun. So thus a verb should be used here rightfully.

This type of of case is very subjective and would drag rather long. Why did that FL friend of yours made a police report in the 1st place..she could be charged for prosititution..

Anyway,totally words against words..

Perhaps she use this followings to fight for theft and rape..

1) Does she still have the content of the SMSes
exchange with the guy? Did she stated that the price of her service, and condom is a MUST?

2) Does she still able to find that used condom of his? as if she is able to find it, at least there is a chance to prove he took it off half way.. normally when a guy wore a condom is to allow safe sex and in order to shoot inside the condom.. therefore, if he had to took it off half way, whats his intention? (accused's intention is very important) furthermore, that condom will have his DNA..dont anyhow grab a used condom and say is his.

3) Who on earth will someone travel around with a few thousand dollars? If he did, the purpose of the money will be used for other purposes. (unless he is an ah long or bookie) so is up to him to prove why he carry so much money in the 1st place.

4) Very Very important.. ask your FL friend go for a check up.. for herself, for her family, for her bf, for her future husband, and for us samsters (dont if any samsters here are her client)

Prostitution is NOT an offence in Singapore but living on the earnings of a prostitute (OKTs without licences) IS an offence.

In the first place your frd should not report at all she is just putting the cart before the horse infact that guy might not file any report at all

Frankly speaking, Like what some of the bro's here said what done is done so no choice and had to continue. Either way she still at the losing end, might as well try to get the guy to pay for his crime.

Most likely she will be give a fine or short jail sentence and given a yellow card to work in GL. (ie. a record in anti-vice), this was what I was been told from a WL in GL a few years back.

unless there direct proof to indicate she steal from him ,she pretty safe. Cos out front she already admit it a sex trade,so she got $$ from him also police cannot say much. on the aspect of raw sex, jus tough luck, nothin can do abt it. either way, the guy not in gd position to win the case too. i nfact , yr girl can threaten he tried to rape her. woman shout rape,usually got better chance than guy. judge tend to listen to the girl more esp if she can put on act well

For me whatever the FL have told me I always don't bother and don't even care, I always treat them just some cock story (as usual). For your case, I think you can don't bother so much and what you can tell your FL gal don't bother about that fella. Case close

for starters, ask the fl to go for checkup

the police report will serve as a record
if the fl contracted STD or worse AIDs, then the police report can be use to sue the ass hole.

If it is proved that she contracted the diseases from the guy, then under the law, this is a criminal act as he transmitted the disease to another party without protection and on purpose

One question.....when did it happened? if it happened today...ask her to go to hospital to check for forceful entry signs in the vaginal area as its the best course for rape....

This is a very sad but real case! That's why it is impt for us to always respect our hardworking fls. Anyway, I do hope that she will be cleared soon and get this episode behind her soon.

Oh, if she can, list the num of the guy so the rest of the fl can be aware of him!

As what passion Guy said please ask her to go for checkup piorty, also ask her to change her number, I'am very sure the guy not stupid to make a report he will know this matter will be blowup, and if he is married with family you know

If your friend did not have any other sexual activities, it is still possible to check for signs of forceful entry....

but the thing is, it is already "deal" as a consentious sex and your friend DID take the money....it still depends the police investigator to "grill" the information out of your friend and that person.

And like you said he's a foreigner who can easily fork out thousands, its is better for your friend to mellow the issue down with him.
