Not so much as a market rate but if you can get 500-800k for St and about 100usd (2mill) for overnight then u are not being carroted...but tehre is no such thing as a market rate u will have to bargain

this sounds like a case of you heard but havent tried or been there im guessing?...because im guessing these locations and sure the price is a bit on the high side but withing reason, there definately is bbbj hot toc in d5, with some girls doing cim but its not standard, and there is 3-4 on the same street..8-10 is a bit optimistic...ill go recheck my info soon and say im accurate or not

Nope. I am in HCM now.I did sone reseach and went there last night. Its 3 streets altogether for 8 to 10. You have most of the location 2/3 correct in your pm. I got all my info from vietnamese forum. They already posted it there, I just go to confirm. I checking out other districts today.
