Haha I'm just 39 yrs old...and no I have had a gut full of meeting and touring newbies even when I charged token amount of 20usd hr or 100/day I even have one guy ang mo say I cheating people because avg salary in VN only 3-4mill month so if I charge 2mill one day then im crook...i prefer just "work" extra 1-2hrs and make that 100 usd than take people around...thanks but no thanks

anyway is it just me or do other people also find this bugger hilarious, look at his posts and the type of questions he has asked, i would say he is about mid late 20's, prob never traveled much except maybe to JB, not much of a income to allow a lavish lifestyle, the only advantage he thinks he has is his relative youth, but he hasnt got the wisdom to realise that youth without experience, money or looks is just a empty hole. I would go so far as to say he either a skinny split pin or a chubby guy with very little skills interacting with her opposite sex, and after 6 yrs lurking on sammyboy he finally has saved up enough money to go on this little adventure, and to get away from his parents as he probably is still living at home with. So effectively he has come online a begger with little cash and little information and little experience, but he has so little social skills to understand that "I can meet him for coffee in teh afternoon" comes across like he is a VIP, and that he is doing me a service by agreeing to meet me. As I posted previously, my first trip to Vietnam before Chinese New Year. Went to D* N* Hotel for spa and massage. The girl also ask 500k for HJ only. I nego down to 200k. She won't do BJ or FJ. I also ask senior how much I need to bring to vn. I brought a bit more. Changed all at Ben Than market. We all come out to play and enjoy. Why so stingy? Like that might as well go Desker Road. Save on plane tickets, hotel.

Aiya, if paying or not paying for guide also pay about the same amount, why not just pay the Pipier for the guided tour.

Simple , by paying one local which insist on his daily 100usd wage (which I think is fair) and you are able to go in a group I presume the cost is divided amongst the group which is still cheaper than going around yourself.

That said, if I went alone, I would probably spent much more than 15million for a 5day trip simply because I prefer to have someone to hug at night, and if I can't speak and don't have the looks so i am only left with one choice probably only can pay.

As for h88 I have the luck of knowing him in SG and I am very grateful that he is able to bring me around, he has taught me alot but due to the lack of intelligence I have failed to live up to his expectations about learning the language despite being there for a few years. I do apologize for my lousy language skills and stupidity. The last trip I was there, I have gotten a 20 yr syt with probably looks of around 6 -6.5 for a bbj and fj and I was provided a full bbj service while showering you before moving to a bed which probably didn't change its sheets for weeks to finish for the price of 350k.

For some they would think getting a bbj and fj at the lowest possible price for the highest quality possible is their primary concern, I do agree if one is working on a tight budget. Love the food in Vietnam, I can't eat much but I will try to fill myself the best way I can and I am contented. Have to fuck around is additional bonus.

I have posted my cost on one of the links feel free to look at if for easy reference, I might be paying more than the locals but these would probably be the prices one will have to pay if they do know their way around.

thats not entirely true , i dont see how i can make living on 100usd day, my mortgage repayments alone is 10k usd/month...for me its to screen out stingy cheap people, and sure if i can make a little extra pocket money who will complain.

My reading of the recent protests and factories burning is that their gov allowed these to happen. China also let the family of plane passengers to march and protest. They allow this to let people vent some anger and served their political agenda. I have no doubt anyone planning anti-gov would be locked up before they even stepped out of the house.

Therefore I think things will settle down. Otherwise unrest is bad for business, tourists will shy away. Look at Thailand.

If tourist number dropped, cheonging price likely will drop. Our die-hard bothers here will benefit.

If things turned really nasty, Batam is nearby only.

i agree, only the power brokers will benefit from this, the poor people will suffer, but in terms of cheong price dropping i doubt its as WL dont follow the laws of economics, ie in times of low demand, and constant supply then natural price will drop, instead WL follow this rational, less demand so to compensate for lower volume she will increase price to compensate hahah..thats why its better to stick with local places as it will stay stable economicwise..heard from some malasian chinese/sing chinese who work in vsip binh duong complain abt negative reception, but for me stay in viet local areas they ask me if i chinese i say im to good looking to be chinese hahah

Well, if u don't wan to meet that's fine. I am not saying u am a VIP or whatsoever. I am not be earning as much as u. Just a normal working adult salary. And YES I am still living with my parents.
