I was told by one of my MM lately that Mayflower has up the pricing of their MM categories. It is now 3,7,11 & 3,7,12. With the LT rates much higher, all MM have to pay their Mummies 180rmb instead of the usual 150rmb. This is to encourage them to spend more overnite time with the customers.

Previously at 900rmb for LT, they have to pay 150rmb to their Mummies.

Not sure if these are true.

Anyone can verify?

u mean those fixed rate unlimited alcohol package? think it applies more to mixed k. but they can also arrange if your private group enough ppl. acceptable to me if you are a non/light drinker. just enough to get the atmosphere going

1 bottle from DFS = $48 / 240rmb + Cockage 500rmb max = 740rmb

Weather in CP now is really very hot. In the afternoon (2-3PM), the heat (I feel) is as highas 35/26 degrees C, maybe even higher. Walking from Hui Mei Hotel to PZL area, you feel like you would be standing in front of an oven.

It's not only the heat and humidity that should be of concern to you guys from Singapore - you guys are used to it no?
Of more concern is the pollution blanketing the whole of Southern China with particularly high Airborne Particulate Pollution data in CP and Foshan. This can actually kill you!

And if the air don't do the job, then the fake booze will!

大叔; Due to the YanDa, I have not been to any KTV for 3 weeks liao. According to my regular, most meimei are still very afraid to go to work but due to their livelihhood are concerned, some meimei still goes to work. The situation in KTVs' now is like this, when the selection has started, those that are chosen by Customers work, those that are left on the shelves will be dismissed by the KTV management.

Everything does has it's Pros' and Cons'. Those meimei who risked working, usually get 2 even 3 tables to sit because of the lack of meimei in CP now. Demands are much higher than supplies. The WGs' in CP are really facing a very dry spell now. Those have regulars Customers are still doing fine but those without will seek other avenues in order to survive, as the saying goes, life will find a way and life goes on.

One thing good about this YanDa is the prices of most things and not risen. Even cabbies and those private cars drivers are providing standard market rates for transport services - RMB15.00 per ride. Food places are seeing low turnover of Customers. Even bus rides to and from HKG, you will not be travelling in a full bus.

When in CP nowadays, I will usually hide in my camp or stay in a footie. I have a comfortable place you know......

I was told that the Law Enforcement officers also raided hotel guests room. How true is this? If they do, then it will be bad for brothers wanting to go CP for fun liaoz.

大叔; Really, as per my knowledge and experience in CP, I have not seen, heard or experience policemen or any Law Enforcement doing room-to-room search or checks. Perhaps those door-to-door checks are effective to those cheap motels or 3-Stars or less Hotels. As for hotels like Hui Hua International, Miraton, OuYa, May Flower, Peninsula and other bigger Hotels in CP are not as vulnerable and so far so good. Going for 下午茶 now.
