Been to PZL for past 6 years, today first time do a phone booking yet ask me to wait for 40 mins although I reached on time. Finally gave me a room yet ask me wait for another 40 mins for ji si. Feel like a clown.
Why accept phone booking yet never reserve the rooms. Might as well cancel phone booking system.

Booking thru agents or mummy save the hassle on deposit only and is always better to pay deposit than use it to offset your stay when you check out in case you spend till the last hundred rmb than have no choice got to pay by cc and complicate it when statement reaches you .
