I think he is referring to a new joint called sheng(4) shi(4) jing(1) dian (3) (name of the KTV) .
It is down the road (south of) from JZZ KTV. Just opened less than 1 month. During the opening promotion for 1 week or so (now already finished), free drink at KTV room. You just pay the MM and DJ tips. Drinks on the house.
But I have not been there, heard from one mommy working there that that place is naked naked too hahahah.....
