I share my experience here, I more active in SBF normally. I been to HCM for 2 years now on and off maybe once or twice a month I go there cause in BTW I fly to hk Taiwan etc.

So firstly I use apps like wechat beetalk zalo etc to add those girls, if they working ladies I normally won't reply, those that are just add for friend I will try to know them more. Seems viet girls don't go out to clubs to be picked up... There are no all girl groups clubbing unlike SG/MY. Girls in the club are either FL (pay for play) or came in a group of guys and girls.

Jeez, Hoian and Tom teaming together up against me. Who would've thought. Yeah no kidding it happens in the west. It happens anywhere. My point is that weapons shouldn't be brought into bars and clubs, let alone be used there. And that whoever stabs someone, well, pure and simple, in any country that's a crime. And cracking someone in the head with a bottle (did that happen?) also qualifies for assault. Probably less severe a crime than stabbing someone, but definitely something somebody should get some time for.

I was talking with a Vietnamese person about this one a couple nights ago, and was getting all about how this was all the Singaporeans' fault. H88's point was not quite that.

Yeah there is this human tendency to try to assign blame to one party only, even in the case of accidents when no person is really to blame.
