su van hanh has loads of massage shops which you can get a hj easily...if you speak tieng viet you can get a bj if you can get lucky but the damage will be entrance ticket plus her tips...

that time was highest at 17520 because I change S$1,000 note in Hanoi...but same day another bro SS08 changed in hcm got 17500...this rate remains for 4 hrs before it starts head south...

Last year around Aug we got 17200 before it head south again...
