usually its to be done with fucking and hopefully already in the shower. the buzzer usually sounds as a advance early warning

if u have any specific request, just speak to the OKT before paying money. if u have no specific request, once inside the room the WL will just carry on her normal routine

i think AV has set the price limit at $150, and its up to the OKT to decide their pricing within the limit.
