Yes KTV last night "709起cpk房正常營業" as posted at xgx website; but with very little mm. Random sample of 4 ktv mms 3 not working last night.

My guess is the KTV boss cannot take the financial loses decided to take the risks and operated without their usual “保護傘”. Thats why many of the mommy and mms decided it is too risky for them.
Customers of KTV unlike suana should be safe.

Agreed with FGG , its 武警 not army.
