昨日会议上，记者了解到，截至目前，全市共受理各类线索9983条，其中立案查处欺行霸市案件2332宗，打掉团伙94个；立案查处制假售假案件7275宗，捣毁窝点1080个，涉案金额5.28多亿元；立案查办商业贿赂案件251宗，查结41宗，涉及公职人员90人，斩断“利益链”152条，挖出“保护伞”25人。在全省“三打”综合排名中，东莞市排名第5。

市长袁宝成表示，东莞市委市政府一直以来对“三打两建”工作非常重视，东莞是第一个地级市实行32个镇街打击成果分数排名，他介绍称，“每周一次，正是为了推动各镇街竞相追赶的态势”。据介绍，东莞对于镇街的“三打”工作实行“一票肯定”制，“只要镇里揪出大案要案，排名分数就立刻提前”。

市长袁宝成反思，目前还有些镇街查处保护伞案件为零，有些干部认识还不够深刻，担心影响经济发展和部门形象。一些穷镇喊着案子少，他认为，案子少很正常，但打不出一个保护伞就不正常了。

目前，这些零记录的镇街的领导已被政府找来约谈，袁宝成说，东莞“三打”现在已打出6名处级干部涉案，但还要更深层次严打，市纪委、检察院、公安机关等部门的力度还要加大，月底每个镇都要交出一个“保护伞”，还东莞一个良好居住、营商环境。

记者了解到，为了加大打击违法犯罪保护伞的力度，东莞将整治黄、赌问题作为打击商业贿赂的重点，由公安机关组织成立了别动队，实施异地用警加大打击的力度。由市纪委（监察局）编印了《“挖伞”指引》，组织整个机关 90%的力量投入办案工作，组织各级部门183个办案组构建了立体化办案体系，在各镇街配备“挖伞”指导员，全力深查深挖。

I think the statement extracted and shown above is the key point. In the same token, no one can say I pay less and get more. I think in the current exchanges, there is no mention on paying more or less and getting less or more, respectively. I always tell my friends that there is no such thing as Market rate, as who is the right person or what is the agreed organisation to determine the Market Rate?

If one is happy, he pays more. No one can say that person is spoiling the market. Furthermore, if he wishes, "bao" the girl. It is his money!

I think each side just stating its points. In this kind of discussion, one can choose to accept or disagree the points raised by others. How to express one's disagreement, I believe each one has his way of doing so. At the end, there is neither winners nor losers. If one thinks positively, one may derive knowledege in this kind of exchanges or discussions.

To agree or disagree each others point/views is purely personal. There's not outright right or wrong about it. How ones experiences in life and how he's brought up greatly determine how he views the suitation and reacts. If someone got beaten by a dog and afraid of dogs, can someone who have never been beaten say he's wrong to be afraid..

Well.. Learn to accept others view and not put others down cause they differ from u.

But to put someone down is something which is non acceptable to me. Well.. At least that's me. Anyway, the bull may never understand.

To enjoy life is what we are all after. Haha.

Would like to know your opinion on this.

Since this Yanda it was widely reported that at least a couple of major KTVs and a very big and well connected Taiwanese agent have organise staff outing, where all the staff including their bosses went for a tour away from CP for a few days.

Do you think,
this is because
a. the bosses are very enlightened employers, who are very caring and smart to take advantage of this lull to build teamwork and staff morale?

b. Or the so call big well connected big boss are infact themself very scare （maybe they got a tip off); hence decided to 避避风头 decided they and key staff should stay away from CP for a couple of days?
