Problem with China Southern Airline??

My friends took the 1.25pm flight on 31/3 and plane took off on time from Sin.
After 1hr into the journey, the pilot announce the plane is landing in Sin at 3.52pm due to bad weather in Bai Yun Airport and waited unitl 11pm for take off again.
I took the 8am filght on 1/4 and it was delay until 11am before taking off giving same reason "bad weather" in Bai Yun Airport.
I checked Tiger and SQ and both flew off as schedule to Guangzhou.

WTF is happening in China Southern Airline?

KTV are made popular by cheongsters. As soon as people starts getting pissed off, it won't be anymore and the next one emerges. Was told by a friend and confirmed with a few MMs that the last few days saw several 飞机房 and many mummies were caught in that situation. So hopefully lesson learnt. Perhaps things will improve but unlikely in the near term cos of Canton Fair coming.

Anyhow, YH still has some ok selection and we spent last 2 days with min spend (no biddings required) and lots of fun. I think however that I've had enough of YH for a while and maybe its time to go elsewhere or just private arrangements.

yes ... believe we will not go to those ktv that require high minimum spending in our future trip ... lets explore other new ktvs ... value for money ..

Once a mummy told me that room booked are not allow to cancel , min spending would have to be paid by mummy if customer did not turn up....

My answer to her : I dont call you to book the room for fun, if you are scare that i will not turn up than dont book it for me ..... eventually that night i was there but room was book by another mummy......

Sometime we cant be too nice to mummy and mm in ktv , we are there to enjoy with our 'hard earn money' , why have to accomodate with them ?

So many ktv in cp , if not we can go dl , hj , ca , tx , bs ...... so many to name.

Anyway, after the plane has taken off, and once the landing gears are retracted to the bay under the belly of the plane, there is nothing we can do but to resign to fate.

The usual excuses are either technical problems or weathers. I did have some of these problems when travelling on chinese airlines, but very much less facing this problem on SQ flight.

Once, I was travelling to Shanghai on a Chinese airlines, the flight was delayed and we were kept on board. After some persistent enquiry, the crew told us that one of the indicator lights on the instrumentation panel was not functioning correctly. Inital reason given: Technical Problem, and would be fixed in a short while. It was close to 3 hours wait for checking the light. Sigh....
