Well, heard one of the biggest 股東 of the new ktv is ex HH n OY mummy 陳芳. Needs to pay Mr. Lau 3.38 million rmb/month for the right to run the ktv... of coz needs the high price lah......

Looks like whenever a NEW ktv is open, it's BAD news for the consumers.

The competition among the ktvs to get MM are driving the MM prices up. The high rental costs of the ktv are driving the prices of drinks up. The new added ktv is provided an additional choice for the MM to move about. Resulting in Mummies at their mercy and the MMs start to show their attitude.

In the end, the consumers have to be the suckers to pay for all these shits.

We cannot how we can get better value for our money.

And there is also many who spend 20k a night going very humble and low profile .....

Is hard to balance each ppl style and requirement .....

All KTVs in Changping have the standard 2-5-8 pricing.

During those times smelly smelly sit with 3 hostesses also no problem.
Nowadays choose 3 hostesses to sit can go for one ST liao.

No wonder these days I see bros adopting guerilla tactics liao.

value for money is out of window in CP, I think trend of the bubble will continue for a few years and burst.....downward spiral coming soon.....

Hong Kong already raised up interest rates yesterday - wonder if it could signal the beginning of interest rates going up worldwide....and a deflation of our bubbly world, pumped to bursting point by all this deficit spending and easy credit.

Anyway, to a large extent, CP is just playing catch-up to other cities as far as pricing is concerned. But, IMHO, the problem in CP is that the same time that the prices are going up, the level of service and quality of the girls is going down!!
