Refer to thread starter for location. Seems like there are at least 12-15 girls there now. Pretty packed last night and saw some quite happening tables. New girls, one called nan is pretty and another miniature arrived called pek i think. Quite cute also. Did not get to talk to a lot of them but the girl to crowd ratio now seems quite good.

Went to ICON Bar 2 days back, location not convenient and the atmosphere in the club is not good... Thai band sucks, puying singer only 1 call Nite can make it, the rest look like 30 plus old puyings... Guy singers sing badly... Live impact is better but tat place is well known for Money sucking dancers, u will need to have spare cash in yr wallet if u want dancers or singers to entertain u, if not u will have to walk Home cos no $ take cab home.. Haha.. But the dancers at Live impact are gd looking though, but all comes with super desperate $ sucking moves forcing customers buy tequilas and worse still they want in shots of 5... Damn...

JD (Golden mile) Puying singers Looks Nice, they beat all the singers currently in singapore hands down.. The type of show they performed definitely are wat majority of singaporean puchais love... Not like ICON band, puying singers old and ugly and puchai singers all so rude and forcing customers to buy flowers while on stage, even making a eye contact to them will burn a hole in yr pocket and if u dun buy or rejects, they will make u lose face in front of so many other customers.. bad service...

I also went to IBAR at MS, heard from my friend tat the band is good with handsome puchais and Pretty puying singers, i went there last nite and luckily it was quite a pleasent visit. The band r solid, the lady singers are all pretty each with their oen style, 1 is ex Geo singer Jeed, she is sexy and has a good figure, she is most recognisable becos of her tatoo on her arm. Another singer is called Boo or Bou, i am Not sure, but she is HOT! Damn Pretty with nice Bods, High school girl face with sweet smile. I personally like tis girl, heard tat she used to work in singapore and was a super big hit in her club! Another singer is very sexy wiith Big tits, i Not sure her name becos she is busy entertaining her customer but i can say she is not bad.. The band is cool, and never beg for flowers like ICON and LI, so customers can enjoy a moment of peace while drinking in IBAR. But the negative part of IBAR is there are very little dancers there, asked the staff over there and they told me tat their dancers are coming in soon next week and some of the dancers worked in RESORT in BKK of a certain high standard, they say will call me once the coyote dancers arrived. Haha.. If there are pretty coyotes around plus their superb friendly and sexy band, i am sure many samsters here will find IBAR interesting..

Personally i think Golden Mile Thai Discos, JD, IBAR are the best Thai scenes around right now here, feel free to drop me comments and introduce me with other thai clubs if they are really good.. I was a Ex Geo customer, But that place is not safe, so many fights every night and singers not pretty and low class, then i went to many other thai discos like Geylang Lor 28, GM, Orchard Tower, LI, IBAR.. Then i realised tat JD and IBAR suits me best...

ICON Bar Band is the most negative part which turns customers off, and also their management focus on Tequilas and flowers, if their standards r good, we as consumers will spend happily without having them forcing us to spend.. But its a Big disappointment..

I never been to ICON before cos hear my fren say not very nice the place. Recently went to LIVE IMPACT and like bro ThaiClubber said, the place is filled with money sucking floaters. 1 of the gals came over to talk to me while i was chilling around the bar counter. She was talking to me and asked me to buy her drink. I told her i did not bring my wallet and my friend was the one buying me. Don't know what she heard and she went to order 5 shots from the bartender. I saw and quickly stopped the bartender. She looked at me puzzled then started to scold me. saying that i was fucking rude. I shooed her off and say that she is worst and told her 'Fuck Off Bitch!!'

It was only my 2nd time there and i think there won't be anymore.

And after reading bro ThaiClubber's post, i think ICON is not the place for me too.

Just sharing my experience so pls don't flame me.

LI & Icon are the same management. What do you expect? They are quite focus on flowers and LDs.

I also don't like the way the male singer always dressed as a drag queen keep asking customers to buy flowers for him. If we the customers are happy with their singing, we also automatic buy for them. But this band especially the drag queen always ask for flowers. Heard that he was formerly from J-Dee in GM.

I been there only a couple of times and don't intend to go back there anymore bcos of them asking for flowers until I sian and their jokes are lame.

LI also full of Bengs and Sengs. There had been a few fights there before. And worst is that they allow customers to go up stage and sing. We pay to listen to Thai Bands singing and not a Superstar wannabe but can't even sing, if I wanted to hear them sing, KNN! I must as well volunteer to be an Idol judge!

Personally, I prefer Geo but too many bengs sengs there nowadays and recently someone was killed outside there after the dispute started in Geo.

As for Ibarr, never checked it out after 199 band left. I think its time to check it out once again.

I won't go back to Icon until the mgmt change their concept of buying flowers!

It also happened to one of my frenz in Icon. This gal ordered 5 shots of LD without asking my frenz. My frenz being a gentleman, paid up when the drinks arrived and this bitch dun even have the basic courtesy to sit down and drink it but after taking the drinks' +++ens from the waiter, went to another table and hardly ever came back. WTF!

They should at least asked before ordering. Another reason why my frenz and I won't be going back to Icon!

Exactly, she didn't check with me first and immediately go order. Since ICON is like this too then i shall skip this 2 joints from now on and maybe go find vietnam gals.

Haha! A frenz brought me to a pub near to Macpherson area. This place is cheap and had Viet gals. It is a open concept KTV joint with Viet/PRC gals. 1 Jug is about $24 and the tip is about $20 and any extra excursion, you need to nego with the gals yourself. Best part is the place is not packed during weekdays.

The management that runs LI and ICON only sets its sights on itself. Customers are just walking ATMS. Not customer orientated. Only out to make a fast buck and leave.

Those who ask, when they sing, buy 1 glass of mix. Mix beer and whisky. Wrap $10 around glass. Drink finish, buy 5 flowers hang.

Come out sing 2nd song, buy 1 glass again. Only drink finish on stage then buy 5 flowers as reward.

By the 5th song, if still can stand, the stomach already turning. Never let their bandmates drink for them.

Next set comes, most likely singing in dreams backstage.

I ever did this to singers and the lesson they learnt was they don't dare to ask from me anymore
