I think houses that charge 50 SGD for full 15 days of CNY are damn unreasonable. It doesn't make sense.

I can understand since most OKTs are chinese and celebrate cny so the 3 days of public holiday which most of us spend visiting, they're working so the extra 10 makes up for the loss and their sacrifice.

But the other 12 days in which the rest of singaporeans have stopped visiting and celebrating, business should go back to usual so no reason to charge the additional 10 bucks.
