It's in the middle of cowboy and nana so if ur purpose is to chiong both gogo areas then it's fine. However if u have a preferred location then maybe better to get a hotel next to it. That being said, soi 15 location is a walkable distance to both bts.

If u know how to hit the right keys, u can practically make new friends everywhere. MRTs, shopping Centers , cafes etc. Not necessarily must go till a club to make friends. There's plenty of pretty and friendly girls ard.
