Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
The 9-0 victory recently was not due to Pool playing well, it was actually Bournemouth who were really lousy n it made Pool looked good.

Michael Owen claims one Liverpool star has been ‘non-existent’ and admits one Reds defender makes him ‘nervous’
Is this fair statement? https://www.empireofthekop.com/2022/09/04/221317/

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Keita left out of the 24 man squad for the CL stage group. So too the Ox.
Naby and the Ox should have been sold a long time ago. Problem is who would buy them? Arguably, midfield is where the story of Liverpool's clever transfer work breaks down, at least when it comes to the big purchases. The Ox, Keita, and Thiago have all been costly semi-failures, not because they are bad players, but because we paid a lot of money for good players who have never been consistently available. Thiago is great when he plays, but he misses too many matches. Keita can be great on his day, but any consistency is undermined by his tendency to get injured just when he's playing well. And the Ox got a bad injury and never got back to what he was. |

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Gosh, just read that Chelsea sacked Tuchel
Seems like the new yankee owner is just as rutheless as Roman. Apparently Tuchel might have lost the dressing room?? Gather Brighton have given permission for Graham Potter to talk with Chelsea. Big step up for Potter if he gets this job. Rate him highly. |

lately he has been showing a lot of frustration n publicly venting his anger at his players for losing a no. of games they normally won't lose n got red n yellow carded too, the red one for fighting with Spur's Conte Heard besides Potter's name being named possibly as the new man to replace Tuchel, Pochettino's name was also mentioned as another possible successor...Potter only came into prominence towards the end of last season n esp this new season winning practically all his matches against big teams like MU... interesting to know in the next few days who will be sitting in the hot seat at Stamford Bridge

Next to be sacked will be Klopp. If Pool needs to start a match with 36yr old Milner, it goes to show how pathetic the team is now!

Chey bro countryman...don't say like that...Pool still needs Klopp n there is no better man than he...anyway in his interview he was confident he won't end up like Tuchel

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Glad to see your post in here bro
Unfortunately, uncertain times ahead for Liverpool as well at the moment. Luckily i did not make a post in the United thread yesterday Was tempted to note that the likes of Casemiro, Varane and CR7 who are so use to CL football not just playing in it but winning the CL frequently now find themselves playing on Thursday nights instead The way things are going we might join you'll in the EL after the CL stage group or worse still we might even land up playing on Thursday nights next season Quote:

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
I am not one for knee jerk reactions but I am amazed at how poor we are.
Ali, Diaz and Elliott are the only starters that deserve any credit. Thiago and Matip deserve credit as subs. The rest were so poor. What has happened to Mo? What has happened to Virg? Is Fabinho on sleeping tablets? Our full backs can't defend or attack by the looks of it. Milner is a legend but a real liability now. So frustrating to see. I am concerned that Jürgen may not see his contract through at this rate - he looks so downbeat as well. It's so sad to watch us at the moment. These players who have brought us such joy playing like this. Results like last night are either a turning point or the beginning of the end. It will either be one of these two things. |
