I am not surprised the Police will ensure the shops behave becos of blatantly challenging the law...massage shops or any entertainment places not allowed to provide sex inside...

Every cheongsters will post the name and address of this massage offering sex in any forum...we are not sure who is reading and complaining to authorities...so the Police will have to do something...enjoy while you can and please dun mention full name in this thread...mod will remove...

We all knew that most entertainment places especially such massage places are paying bribes to local Police...this can only be for short period becos new CO will replace old...so then up to the CO how he wants to handle such entertainment in his district...

On top of the Police there are local hcm leaders...they are the administrative officers of hcm...

In Vietnam prostitution is illegal...not allowed to advertise or had sex in local premises...if caught will need to pay heavy fine and jall...

If anyone been to hcm in 2010 to 2014 may knew about the billiard saloon bars (at least 3 to 5 bars) for calling gals at famous hai ba trung street...thosee were golden times and still was shuttered by Police...these bars will sell beer and if you want to barfine the gals then pay mummy and off she goes to your hotel till 7am morning....gals also can play pools with you with a small tips...
