If the problem lies in the plumbing of the penis I don't think it would make that much of a difference. A widening of the pipes would still be required either with drugs like Viagra or with shockwave treatment suggested by Dr Tan.

What is ED is a psychological problem? I never had problems when younger, but now due to anxiety, my plumbing because sensitive and the sperm shoots out too fast for my liking.

Actually there is some truth in this as sometimes you rest well and have a stress free life it can help alot in your sexual life
