i do agree with u tt its not easy to convict such a case n tt u hv encounter a similar situation b4. but its even harder for the subject to withstand the interrogation if he REALLY did it. n i seen numeurous cases solved with just circumstancial evidence and subject's confession statement.
i m just assuming tt wat u heard was a plain sex without the agreed payment made. but this case involve the wrongful gain of property............

The purpose of writing this thread is to warn other Samsters' MM.

I was with her and actually interprete the report and the procedures to her as the PO was a Malay Offcer.

She was given a NP306 for the Medical Checkup. I went with her for the checkup yesterday. No visible injuries were noted.

I agreed that it might be hard to trace if its a prepaid card but don't forget that his vehicle and himslef was probably caught on CCTV at the petrol station.

Lastly, I doubt that the MOTHERFUCKER is a Samster or even he is, he has not read this thread as he had TRIED HIS TRICK AGAIN this morning.
