Couldn't even use the password to gain entry.
Options were for either to terminate subscription or for unauthorized deductions.

Go to your userCP under Miscellaneous..select Paid Subscriptions>DPS Premium Membership> Billed as "DLTT" on your CC statement

there is also be a donor, or monthly donor option
