My recent incident w my special girl is a very good example.
My special girl was texting me why I don't care abt her anymore, that i don't even call or text her but I did text her many times.
A breakup was on the cards as we were doubting each other for not caring.
But at last we met up n we found out the unexpected culprit.

I can receive her text but she can't receive all my text. We tested infront each other texting n it is true. Unbelievable but true.
Had we broken up unknowingly, it would be such a pity.

My understanding is that citibank don't charge any handling or service charge when overseas via citibank teller from your savings account. Did withdrawal in various countries but didn't try in Philippines.

Citibank confirmed no service fee for overseas ATM withdrawal........ only exchange rates based on their calculations.

Singapore Citibank charge u $10 a month if u fail to maintain average monthly balance of $2000 in your card account.
China GZ citibank charge 200rmb a year if u fail to maintain average 50k rmb yearly accumulated total in your accounts w them.


What I like is their dip n pullout card (something like MRT station fare top up ) to access atm n need to key in pin again for each transaction after that. Troublesome but very safe.
