Yes correct Behito Hotel (北海稻酒店) is just on the right side of Shang Yuan Hotel and directly opposite Hui Mei Tian Lun Hotel.
No facilities like KTV or Sauna in this hotel.
However the lobby and guest rooms look decent enough for a 2-3 Star Hotel.

As Changping gets more and more expensive over the years.
One sector of the market will opt for the ¥150-200 range hotels with locations not too far away from town centre.
Punters will look for value.
This hotel is one good example.
