i think what she meaant is when they kena infection, they will be given rest, medication until recover. it is bacterial infection, not std. it is quite common for wl to kenaa infection, they put anti bacteriaa cream, rest for a few days then can work le, not kena std.
an infection is not necessary std. kena std balik kampong.
