Well, I'm not a lawyer, so I can't tell you "for sure". But I think you can be charged with grooming and improper contact.

If the girl is 17 as she claims that she is, then the offences of sexual exploitation of children and young persons pursuant to section 7 of the Children and Young Persons Act and sexual grooming of minor under 16 pursuant to section 376E of the Penal Code will not apply, given that these offences relate to acts done to minors or young persons below the age of 16.
Thus, the only offence that you should be concerned about for the activity that you intend to partake in with the young lady should be that of commercial sex with minor under 18, pursuant to section 376B of the Penal Code.
Section 376B(1) of the Penal Code makes it an offence for one to obtain the sexual services of a minor under 18 by way of valuable payment, while section 376B(2) of the Penal Code makes it an offence for just communication with another person for the intention of obtaining the sexual services of a minor under 18 by way of valuable payment.
"Sexual services" is defined in section 376B(4) as sexual penetration of vagina, anus or mouth with one's penis, or sexual penetration of vagina or anus with any other part of one's body (i.e. finger(s), tongue, etc).
The way I see it, but please bear in mind that I am not an expert, is that pure licking of feet may not strictly be an offence, but try to make sure that no sex is involved and no fingering, oral or cunnilingus is performed either.
Still, I would advise against going ahead with this because it'll be a complete shitshow if anyone finds out, even if it may not be strictly against the law. Would advise you to wait till 18 then go ahead.
I think this is as logical as it gets. Good answer. The loophole in 376B is why pro-dommes can state that they're not providing sexual services even though pegging or body contact is involved. The law only specifically applies to penetration of the female service provider.
