In Asia's safest city, the police have long been untouchable. Weekday go around 1.30pm to 3.30pm. It should be the least number of people during this timing. Open from around 10 plus to 11am, but not many WL come in yet. They are at least 30 and above. Some look young though which are the SYT that we mention here.

The best time for weekdays is around 1400-1500hrs... as the crowd will be lesser..
