Fameya – another new hotel in DS

Just passing through DS and I visited a new hotel that has been in operations for a couple of months, called Fameya Hotel (中恒泛亚大酒店) that claimed to be 5-stars (by DS standard perhaps.) But my main interest is of course the SN that has three categories (?公主-鱼美人-部长?) listed at 450-550-650 (all in) for walk-ins. However, you will get 50 off if you pre-book the room – so PM me for a Mgr ctc if you are interested. It has an interesting viewing room with stage, complete with strobe lights – where the gals do their parade. I saw a quick parade of 40 gals (with 4-7 look, somewhat disappointing for the pricing and a new place trying to attract customers) – I noted many gals high on boobs measurement but low on look. I managed to pick a 450 category gal who turned out to be a real gem. The large new room, complete with flat screen TV and usual nice fixtures did not disappoint.

For bros looking for a hotel to stay, the location on RenMin 6th Road may not be very convenient. It’ll be about 10-15mins taxi ride (cost should be only 10, but the taxi driver will probably ask for 15yuan for the ride) to Walmart/NewRegent. But there are at least 6 other hotels within 15mins walk – all complete with SNs.

I asked the front office manager for the room rates and found out the "special rates" she gave me is exactly 10 more than what is quoted by Ctrip (http://hotels.ctrip.com/hotel/85816.html) WTF – better book through Ctrip if you are interested in staying there.

Reach DS yesterday at ard 1600hr. Take ard 3 hrs bus ride from GZ. Check in to New Regent Hotel, rmb 268 per night.

After checking-in, head for the 丽晶茶餐厅 for dinner. Nice place n food. After dinner hail a taxi and told the driver to 富康. But the driver said there is no 富康 in DS. Then he recommend another sauna in another hotel called 金海港大酒店 (tel:0752-3128888).

The sauna is at the 5th floor of the hotel. There are 2 category of gals. Rmb350 n Rmb438 two category. I pick a Hunan gal in 438 category.

Visit New Regent sauna ard midnight. It is crowded cos a lot ppl after KTV goes to sauna. So I will advice all samster to avoid gg at this hour. I think the best time should be after 2am.

Leaving DS today. Bought 1540hr bus ticket to SZ airport. After check out from New Regent went to a 茶餐厅(next to 真功夫) below 凯天酒店. After lunch it is only 1315hr so visit the 凯天 sauna. I think i am the first customer for the day cos it open at 1300hr. Since it is so early, that mean there is limited gals. Should not say limited but only 1 gal. So no choice have to take her if not nothing to do till my bus time.

Bro Joker, I guess either the driver is from out-of-town, or he gets a kick-back for taking you to金海港 – I believe the later is probably true because it is tough to miss the building at night if you head south towards Daya Bay on KaiCheng Road near the roundabout where KaiCheng meets RenMin Road. It takes less than 10mins by taxi (cost 10yuan) from New Regent to FuKang, or by the motor-bike taxis that are still very common in DS for RMB4.



The building is called the FuKang International Commercial Centre富康国际 that also houses a hotel, KTV and SN that commenced operation in late 2009. However, the SN is actually called 英豪. For the SN room, the hardware is not too bad although it suffers from the usual Chinese problem of lacking in maintenance. For a relatively new joint, it is already looking tired and the room I had on my last visit 6 months ago suffers from wallpaper peeling off – not a good sight.



As for the software, from memory I think the pricing is from 400 to 800. I saw a couple of those in the top grade that did not impress me, and remember picking one in the 400 grade on my last visit. She is new, syt and just graduated from a popular 1-4-7 KTV since she said it is just not worth drinking all the booze and getting a take home pay/tip of 80yuan (20 to mummy). Although sweet, she didn’t try too hard and rather SOP; she was rather blurr and told me it’s her first day. I get the impression that the management is rather lax.

In DS many customers do not take out the KTV gals since most customers are not “tourists” (炮宾团), but locals who just cannot bring them home. Many “expats” are also in the same position, with either wife or gf at home. Most locals and expats therefore go to KTVs to sing and get drunk – they do not take the KTV gals out, but they usually try to get the gals drunk. Instead, they go to SN after KTV to bonk themselves silly, since 300/400 will get a good bonk with good service while KTV gals are no guarantee for such “service” – and can also stay overnight at SN for free or little extra fee, telling their COs at home that they need the rest after drinking, due to the heavy drink-driving penalty in China. It also makes economical sense: either 100 or 200 for KTV gal to sit, SN can be anywhere from 200 to 500 – so can drink, fuck and then sleep song song at the SN before driving home the next morning.

FuKang also has a KTV that is reasonably popular, with about 60+ rooms and a large open lounge area with live performance. But the live performance does not really get going until 9:00pm and no point going too early, although you get the pick of the waitresses to talk to. I usually just have the waitresses to join me for the drinks and play dice while enjoying the show. However, live performance is not in the same grade as that of HuangJiang’s Prince or Houjie’s JiaHua, so you must really lower your expectations to avoid disappointment. While you can try to sweet talk the waitresses to go out, a sure bet will be to know one of the managers or mummies so that you can have access to the choices of the gals from the KTV upstairs. In fact, the larger of the KTV rooms have balconies overlooking the stage. Again, not all the KTV gals will go out, and you must check with the mummy before you decide if you plan to da-bao.

Just 2 updates as i didn't have much time to cheong...
1. Jinye ktv has already renovated about 60% and partial floor is reopen. However, renovation also mean increase of price. Now there are 2 gals rate : Normal gal 2-6-9, model 3-8-12. Drinking price haven't increase, maybe after fully renovated. In HZ, this is the second ktv (beside kandi ktv) that increase the gals rate, but increase in gals rate also mean more gals working there.
2. Meet a hz friend, she recently open one big 'falang - barber shop'. For those brother, who don't drink and looking for gal accompany, can get her contact from me. She promised that her gals will provide good service (china man promise must give discount). So don't flame me, if her gals service sucks...

In singapore. I didn't receive your sms leh...The recently 2 trips i stay in DG (Humen, CP). Now no more no.2, 3, 4 or 5. Only enjoy most of my time with HZ ex-no.1 before she marry to some other china guy in her hometown.
