Liverpool Boleh !!!!!!!
To be fair Arse did not play well too. A lot of drab passing between the 2 sides throughout the match that at times it was such a yawn to watch! If Ping Pong wasnt sent off, it could have easily been a drawn game. before the match i guess most pool fans would have been satisfied to get a point @ Emirates. i guess the '2 pts gained' sort of erased the dismal memories of the 2 pts dropped last wk!

come on u reds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our current in-form players are Enrique and Suarez..... and both have the quality to be amongst the world class players.

Henderson was bought to understudy Gerrard and take over his place in the future..... but since Gerrard is injured looks like KD will keep fielding Henderson until Gerrard returns.

Wasn't really an upset....... many actually expected Liverpool to win

The bookie odds opened with Arsenal as the favourites but throughout the day the odds kept dropping until Liverpool were favoured to win.

Read/listen to Kenny's post-match comments: he is slowly bedding Raul back into the team, as he did not have a full pre-season. Hopefully Raul will soon get back in ahead of Henderson.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings

great game liverpool! again it's the suarez & meireles magic! hope to see maxi back on the scoring as well.

caroll lack committment on the ball and he is too slow on his feet to loose his marker.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings

4 points out of 2 games,ok only.
the season has jz begun, they hv not won anything yet.
although they won 2-nil away against arsenal last nite, but they drop 2 points against sunderland @home last weekend.
still hv a lot of room 4 improvement.

still hv another 36 games to be play, with upcoming games against spurs(away on 18 sept), manu(@home on 15 oct), chelsea(away on 20 nov) & manc(@home on 27 nov) to see hw much The Reds measure up against the other top 6 of the EPL.

Enrique looked like an absolute bargain to me at just 5.5 Mil. And you guys know what? He could be English as well, because he has dual nationality and Spain has yet to call him up. Capello should just grab him while he can.

All round, team was great and passed the game around Arsenal in the second half. What I loved was we never sat back but continued to play, and roundly got the second goal.

All right to Lucas for the challenge, was the turning point of the match.
carroll is not toress he can t play upfront alone, once again we were playing the long ball to him hoping that he will get to the end of it.we were lucky to get 3 points.

I dun work for Fenway Sports Group but I will try to answer on their behalf

Henderson was meant for the future as a replacement for SG. He has all the right attributes to be groomed as SG's successor. Dun look at him now, he is still raw, look at him in a couple of years time then pass comment.

Meireles was injured during pre-season and is slowly building up his match fitness. His fitness is not there yet and that was why he was on the bench.

Aquaman is ...... too much of an Aqua. He may be talented and technically gifted but he is too fragile for the physically challenging requirements of the english game.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings

hi bro Lone_Wolf,hv 2 agree with wat u said abt Alberto Aquilani & Jordan Henderson.
Alberto Aquilani has claimed he is "close" 2 signing 4 AC Milan, hope tat KD gets 2 unload him.
Jordan Henderson is still young, but if properly groomed k be the future replacement 4 SG who is alrdy 31.
Hope 2 see Raul Meireles get back his match fitness soon.
