I would imagine that the problem is that both the OKT and Tiffany were also engaged in illegal activities themselves (i.e., prostitution), which means that they would have to be willing to implicate themselves in the process if they want the authorities go after the two robbers/rapists. Stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Resemblence wise, is about 80% to photo.
Like i said before in some other replies, i think it is the same person as the photos, only that they are edited wayy more - for the gems privacy etc.

So dont expect so much when you see the photos.
Lower your expectations a little bar down.

Hotel wise is good, accessible, 5star hotel in Orchard area.

Gem wise, she was really receptive.
