Hi guys recently i find my erected dick not as hard as before.
Last time is rock solid hard, now is just firm and erect enough to have sex nia.
Kinda worried. I am 39 this year.
Should i see a doctor?

hi bro, i was having similar issues a few years back (i'm older than u!), i could get rock hard for 10+ minute stretches, but cannot maintain hardness all the way for marathon sessions like during my younger days

did a bit of research, tried a few things and it helped, sharing my tips here for u and other interested bros:

hardness is mainly about blood flow, how to improve blood flow?

1. cardio exercise to keep the heart pumping strongly
2. take care of health (check for silent killers like diabetes and heart disease)
3. reduce/avoid/minimise stress

do also note some medications affect blood flow:

a. blood pressure medication
b. allergy medication (antihistamines)
c. nasal decongestant (specifically pseudoephedrine)
d. antidepressants

tying in with point 2. take care of health to minimise usage of medications, or try to avoid taking these meds before sex

Viagra will definitely help but it would be far better to check for any underlying issues first.

Erection last longer but once you cum, its gone. Try cialis. That may help

The loss of ability to achieve an erection is a gradual process in most cases.

It starts off as you describe (loss of hardness) and if the underlying cause is not addressed it could progress to the point where it is no longer rigid enough to achieve penetration.

That is normal and I am older than you. Are you a heavy smoker? If so, better cut down, or best stop 100%

Are you obese as well? If so, better start exercising
