Calling FL without SIM card?

Sorry guys, but I've never contacted a FL before. But I wanna check if its okay to call for FL using my personal line?

Like say will it get me into trouble cause I know the huge-ass principals scandals case was cause they use their personal line. Assuming I call a FL that's legit age, is it still okay to call using personal line?

Any bros called using personal line before and things happen to you like kena harrassed by ah longs or something?

Swee haha i know of that. a common and yucky name is Taizi.
