Recently only visit during early afternoon. Once, I asked for my RTF girl but she not ready yet. Waited for a few minutes while the OKT called her. Her hair still wet when she came into the lobby and she gave a nice smile and I had a great time.
I think like all business, having a first customer for the day does set a good tone for the rest of the day, so generally, the service provider could be more enthu.
