you cannot delete a post however if you have good reason for a post to be removed. PM a moderator or the admin, they should be able to help.

you are correct that the system doesnt show how many points is added or negged.. ignore the comments, the colour will tell you whether it was a addition or neg.

We need to have at least 1 power which is 100 reputation points and 10 post to up someone’s reputation ?

Hi, sorry I couldn’t find any answers in regarding to after you approve someone’s post does it automatic add reputation points to the person ? I see people posting like they can only up few points or something like this.

that is the correct way to add rep points to others.

How many points you can add depends on your rep power. e.g if u have 2 rep power u can only add 2 rep points to others, no more no less.

i am pretty sure u can still post and create thread while in moderation mode.

to get out of moderation mode, you need to be more active and make more useful post, there is also the option to sign up for premium membership (bypass moderation mode) which comes with added benefits.
