NEW ERP vehicle device causing big problem in transport services

Many rental vehicle, bus, delivery, taxi and private hire vehicle drivers have expressed frustration with having to retrieve electronic road pricing (ERP) cards that are hidden from sight inside the vehicles. As the ERP gantries are passed, the cards can easily be forgotten if not visible to the driver. This has led to disagreements between parties when cards are left inside after use of shared vehicles.
