read that it is due to weak pelvic floor muscles and this muscle control the ejaculation. can google for more info but i have yet to do more research and try out yet. i also have PE issue

Eh, from what I know, the simplest way to find the muscle is to try stop your pee halfway while peeing. The muscle used to stop the pee flow is what we are looking for

To those who have PE issue (similar to me), can try this numbing cream called emla 5%. It works wonders for me. It's over the counter at Malaysian pharmacy and costs around RM30.

A single tube can last for about 2 months - three times a week sex. Apply a small amount & rub it on the penis head. Wash away after 15-30 mins after application. It helped me delayed my ejaculation by about 5 mins which is a LOT for me personally. Feeling a lot more confident with using it.

Sorry to hear that it doesn't work for you. Have you considered/ tried oral pills? Cialis is an option but best to get it in JB where it's much much cheaper. Unsure if it's OTC though.

You could try breaking the pill into half & trying. I've not done so since emla seems to work for me but I've seen many bros break the pill into half to consume & they claim it doesn't make them as nauseous. Hope you find a solution bro. I really knows how it feels like.

Actually i've already given up hope of preventing my PE from happening already. I even went to the extreme of undergoing frenulotomy surgery to make my penis less sensitive during sex but alas still no use.

The doctor who operated on me even said if after surgery still the same then really no other solutions liao. I guess I just have to live with PE for the rest of my active sexual life ba

For me, I just think of very non or anti-sexual things, when I want to delay.

What to eat later, the really XL turn-off woman, what will be the fuck up tomorrow at work.
Have to concentrate on thinking those stuff.

Sometimes really can help to delay.
