Though not at home, I was on my way for dinner yesterday and saw a xmm with an oversized top at Tamp 1 yesterday.

The top was so oversized that you can see full view of her small melons when she was sitting down (like no bra inside, nipples also can see)

She was with her parents and siblings, but not sure why no one in the family was doing anything. But can see the family a bit erm, weird though.

Recently saw my colleague's but she wears a bra.

What do you mean by weird? Out of sorts?

How to you describe it. The way they dress, their actions, looks, the whole vibe.
The dad was only caring for the son, the mum looks a bit slow, she was wearing something along a hand me down, which is very oversized and not something her age will be wearing.

The only person who looked normal in the family was the girl and her brother.

Oh dear, I think it's better to tell the parents, in this case the father if his young daughter is dressed inappropriately.

I'm a little confused, how many children in total? Must be a dreadful experience.
